Wholesale Terms & Conditions
These Wholesale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of wholesale orders (“Order”) in accordance with Current Expected Delivery date (“Estimated Delivery Dates” with 23 Pty Ltd (ABN: 73 626 794 321) T/A Ynde Interiors (“we”, “ us”, or “YNDE INTERIORS”) for our products (“Products”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any YNDE INTERIORS Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by YNDE INTERIORS and these terms.

1.MINIMUM SPEND

A minimum order spend applies for wholesale orders. All Wholesale orders must be $500.00 or over.

2. FREIGHT

Freight is not included in product pricing for wholesale and trade accounts, instead it is calculated and applied to your order before invoicing & payment. For international orders you will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped. In-stock items usually ship the next day. If you place an order that contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will be split to ship in-stock items immediately. Products not available will be placed on backorder and dispatched once back in stock. Shipping fees are automatically calculated if the wholesale order is placed via our website prior to checkout and payment. For pre-orders not placed via our website, shipping invoice will be issued prior to dispatch.

3. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Return of faulty/broken items should occur within 7 days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please email the details of the damage and an image to info@ynde.com.au and quote your invoice number. Non-delivery must be reported immediately. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods, change of mind or preference of natural variation in patterned items like marble, wood, ceramics etc. Most YNDE INTERIORS products are handmade, therefore some variation between each piece will be evident.  The surface of natural & handmade products is crafted to embrace the natural differences in each piece. This is not considered a fault. Any refunds will be processed only once all goods are returned to us and approved for refund by the team. Freight is not refunded in these cases.

4. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Our standard default delivery time from date of order is a minimum 90 days for furniture and decor products and 45 days for linen products unless a Current Expected Delivery date is specified. Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. The Current Expected Delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Ynde does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the Current Expected Delivery date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the Current Expected Delivery and/or release of the product is not met, Ynde is not obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule.

5. EXCLUSIVITY

Please note as an YNDE INTERIORS stockist you do not automatically receive exclusivity in your area. We endeavour to ensure there is not crossover of specific product lines in your suburb but cannot offer exclusivity of the range when purchasing only from specific categories. Please get in contact if you would like to check on stockists in your area/to request exclusivity of certain product lines you are wishing to stock. These requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis, in consultation with our local agents/sales team.

6. ORDER DISPATCH

We try to ship your order out as soon as possible they become available for dispatch. In-stock items will usually ship within 2 business days. 

7. PRICES

Prices shown are inclusive of GST unless you are shopping from a GST free location. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our website (www.yndeinteriors.com.au). Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP.

8. DISTRIBUTION

YNDE INTERIORS products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy etc. Selling YNDE INTERIORS products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance. Products can be sold on a stockist’s website only once this product has been ordered directly from YNDE INTERIORS unless special permission is given.

9. PAYMENT TERMS

All in-stock items will be immediately shipped out once payment is received via our website or by EFT. Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via EFT. Custom Orders require a 30% deposit to be paid to confirm the order prior to commencement of any work; balance payment is due before despatch.

10. PRE-ORDERS

The Current Expected Delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and YNDE INTERIORS does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the Current Expected Delivery date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the Current Expected Delivery and/or release of the product is not met, YNDE INTERIORS is not obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule. 

11. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL

All YNDE INTERIORS product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of YNDE INTERIORS.  As such all products listed for sale online must show our style names and that they are clearly YNDE INTERIORS branded products. Approved YNDE INTERIORS stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the YNDE INTERIORS website for the purpose of promoting the product/s if these products have been purchased directly from YNDE INTERIORS. Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage and we can direct you to our brand guidelines.  

12. AGREEMENT OF TERMS

By placing an order with YNDE INTERIORS you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
